The Faithless Man

He cares about his pleasures, not much else: the money, power, mischief, stuff like that. He sometimes likes ta glorify himself, and Lovin' Christ, to Him, ain't where it's at. So How'd this fellow Get so very nuts? He's all too Human, prone ta make misTakes; he chickens out, he doesn't Have the guts… ta Love the hearts… that he so often breaks.

So, Heaven, Help me be more Kind than him, be Kind enough ta follow Christ each day, 'cause Otherwise my Future'd look too dim! Lord, Be My Light! In Jesus' name, I pray!

Teaching by Example

There Lives a Loving Light in Ev'ry Heart, at least a Spark, if Not a Living Flame. Some call that Christ, where You can Make a Start, though ya might like ta use a Diff'rent Name! That Holy Flame some Fools might sometimes quench, believing what they're doing's good and right. When things are sweet, some Fools may Start a Stench; where peace and justice rules, they'll Start a Fight.

So What kin Help the ones who've Lost their Way? It's Love fer which a willing heart may Reach. The Rocks will Open, If we'll Love and Pray, and so we Must, if Goodness we would Teach!
