BE CAREFUL, PACE YOURSELF
“To
have a disposition mild and sweet, I must take care of me, my self,
and Well. Lord, help your servant All his work complete; remind me,
Lord, ta sometimes Rest a spell! I know you're always merciful and
kind; Lord, help me be the Very same ta me! If I get stressed,
please, Help me then unwind, so I can be the Best that I kin Be!”
