TO A DESPERADO

“Ya don't feel loved? Now, love's a basic need, and self-indulgence can't real love replace. Might Be, if You would git from meanness freed, the need for change you're gonna need ta face! What once was best just might no longer be; that just might be a fact ya should accept. Consult the Lord, and maybe then you'll see: some things must be got Rid of, some be kept...” Ask the Lord for wisdom!

“Why ever let your habit spoil your day? A better, wholesome habit you could start, and what might help ya Do that, is ta Pray – 'cause Prayin', man, can Help ta change your heart! The Lord desires ta help in every way, so, if you'd change, why not give Him a chance? Ta drop your disbelief and pride will pay – 'cause faith in Heaven's love could be your stance! So why not stand upon the Rock, today, and build your life's foundation on real love? “Lord, come inTo my heart” ya now could say, and find the freedom you been dreamin' of! Okay?”

MAY I PRAY?

“So many times before I've failed ta pray. Lord, help me do much better, please, today! A prayer habit, Lord, please, help me form, in me, let prayer start ta be the norm – with words like, “Thank You!', “please”, and “help me, Lord”, “I love you, Lord, I need you very much.” “Please, help me get my Sanity restored” and “Grant me, please, a tender healing touch!” To know the Lord, we must communicate, with Him, through all our ups and downs each day. If I could all of this more plainly state, “Whatever words you use, or none, friend, Pray!”

LORD, HELP ME THINK TO PRAY

“I’ve been a hypocrite. I failed ta pray, when I’d advised you all ta do just that. Lord, help me, please, ta live the truths I say, ‘cause Living Truth’s exactly where it’s at! Lord, help me practice praying, every day, please, help me get this prayer thing down pat! Please and thank you!”
