PRAY TO AVOID ERROR

TOO MANY SPICES MAKE YOU SICK

BE WARY OF THE IMPULSE TO HELP SOMEONE

“I guess you wanta help a neighbor out, but, man, ta drop a good routine is dumb! Ta harm your health is nuts, beyond all doubt, be Kind ta YOU, er else you're gonna bum!” Yoga faithfully!

Note: the essence of yoga is action-and-relaxation.

YOU CAN MAKE IT THROUGH YOUR TROUBLES

Why Don't ya ask the Lord... ta Help ya Out? When Life is hard, that's very wise ta do. Please, don't indulge in anger, never pout, but trust in love, and it'll rescue you! Gal, May ya find complete relief, right now; may Heaven be most merciful ta You! The Lord can point the way... and teach ya How ta keep your head up high… and Make It Through!”

LORD, KEEP US KIND
