WE TRUST IN YOU, LORD

“Now, Jesus loves all terrorists, it's true, no matter what those people say er do. He loves the Meanest one, and you and me, and loving, just like Him, we're s'posed ta Be! Oh, Lord, we Really need your help with this, 'cause love's the mark we Often tend ta Miss – especially, when someone does us wrong, but We, as well as They, fer mercy, Long. Lord, help us sow exactly as we'd reap, remembering the costs of hate are steep. Fergiving, loving all, we gotta do; for help with That, we're gonna Trust in You.”

“They’re maiming, Killing women, kids, and men, ‘cause some of us are scared that we might die. They’ve maimed and killed again and yet again, for many years, they’ve “had to”, that’s their lie.

When we’re not living love, what do we do? It’s then that peace and justice disappear. When we’re not working on the Savior’s crew, it’s then it seems the Lord of Love ‘s not near. So, You and I, let’s practice love today, and let’s forgive the ones at whom we’re mad. And don’t ya suppose it might be smart ta Pray? And maybe make this world a bit more glad? I wish you All the very, very best; may you have everything ya really need! May Heaven make you very, very blessed, may you be happy, well, and free, indeed!”

THE LOVE OF CHRIST IS WORTHY OF OUR PRAISE

(long poem) How Much does President Obama care? How Much do Hillary and Donald Trump? Not Much, dear One, as far as I’m aware; their morals, long ago, they chose ta Dump. But, How about both Yours and Mine, dear Soul? Now, me, I haven’t yet become a saint; I fall too short in all too many ways. A Perfect lover, now, I really ain’t, so Help me, Lord, be One who often prays. Please, Help me start ta love the Way You do, forgiving everyone who does me wrong; please, Help me love my neighbor, me, and You, please, Help my Will ta Love us ALL stay Strong! Lord, You deserve my Deepest Gratitude, fer All you’re Doin’, Lord, and all you’ve Done; Sheer Thankfulness I always should exude, fer All the Love you’ll Give, sweet Holy One! Please, Never let this heart o’ mine be swayed… from Lovin’ YOU, and everyone on Earth! Lord, I appreciate this world you’ve made, please, Help me Dig just What your Love is Worth!
