“I really need a night of peaceful sleep, dear Lord, and that I know You Can provide! In comfy slumber, please, this pilgrim keep, and wake me up tomorrow, Satisfied. Please, and Thank You, Very Much!”

HELP ME NOT COMPLAIN

“Lord, help me not complain at all today! Why Should I make my blessings go away? Self, Grateful ‘s how ya really gotta Stay – and ‘Thank You’, maybe you should often Say! Got it?”

TO TRUST THE LORD ALWAYS

“My own best friend, or else, my own worst foe – I get ta choose… which one I’m gonna be. But there’s One thing I’m Very sure I know: the Lord of All, the Christ, is loving Me. Now, Heaven, I must have your help today, through everything that I’ll be going through. So, Lord, within my heart, please always stay, and keep me smart enough… ta trust in You! Please, and Thank You, Very, Very Much!”

“Right Now, Lord, cast the kvetcher out O' me! Please, strengthen my resolve ta GRATEFUL BE! Please, help me always practice thankful ways, and offer up ta You my thanks and praise! My griping closes off my blessings’ flow, and they’re diverted elsewhere, this I know. Please, help me not be stubborn – Foolish, Lord! My gratitude will get my blessings scored! “Complain”, now that’s a word that rhymes with “pain”, that doing sends your blessings down the drain! “Real love is satisfying, sweet, and true; that kind o’ loving, we’re supposed ta Do! So, please, don’t Buddha’s love at all disdain, ‘cause Perfect Love can break the strongest chain! Yes, If you’re feeling trapped, or trouble-bound, in loving Christ is where true Freedom’s found! So, If your Future’s looking dark and dim, man, I encourage you ta turn ta Him!”

“The fool believes himself ta be quite Smart, his heart beset by vanity and pride. But life may soon upset his apple cart, and he may cop ta truths he’s long denied! LOVING CARE IS A PATH TO HEAVEN
